Yoga has been shown to improve pregnancy wellness, reduce labour time, improve strength and mobility and build confidence.

But yoga is muxh more than just a physical praxtice.  It helps create a deeper conection with yourself.  With your body.  Your mind, and your baby.  It fosters flexibility of the mind – an essential mindset for birth.  It can also help support your spiritual journey through pregnancy and birth as you transform and embody.

Come and nourish yourself as you prepare for your birth.

All stages of pregnancy welcome.  All levels welcome – no prior yoga experience necessary.

Baby & Me Yoga (Postpartum/Postnatal Yoga )Tuesdays 1:30-2:30pm In person and Online (Ranchlands, NW)

Yogis and Yoginis of all levels welcome for this fun and friendly yoga class designed specifically for the postpartum body as it recovers from the changes of pregnancy and birth.

A gentle class focused on rebuilding deep core strength and stability, ease out those commons aches and pains of pastpartum (neck and shoulders anyone?)

Babies are welcome to join in this integrated class or snooze by your side as needed.

All stages of postpartum welcome, but we do recommend that your honour your body and give yourself time to readjust from birth (ideally wait at least a month to ensure you have feeding, sleeping and bonding figured out a little before attending). 

Babies are welcome up until crawling age. 

All levels welcome – no prior yoga experience necessary.

As a certified BRM Pro, Natalie will meet with you on a 1:1 basis to dive deeper and support you with a bespoke service

Ideal for pregnancy (birth prep), post-dates/induction prep, birth detective treatments and postpartum recovery, these body balancing sessions will leave you feeling strong, empowered and ready to take it on.
