Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga
These yoga classes take all of the knowledge and power from our regular yoga classes with the necessary modifications and adaptations to tailor them perfectly for the expectant and new parent.
Classes focus on strength and stability to prepare the pregnant body for growth, birth and postpartum recovery. The flow nature of classes ensure that these bodies are protected by honouring the physiological changes of pregnancy & postpartum
We also recognise the importance of self-care and self-love so there is a strong emphasis on acknowledging & supporting the mental changes happening as your baby grows and as they develop Earthside; as well as nurturing your journey into and through parenthood.
Baby & Me (Postpartum) Yoga classes also integrate your little yogi into our more dynamic practice including a baby massage portion of the class – Join us and find connection and community.
